We ensure you get your product as fast as possible by utilizing only reliable and cost-efficient services. You don't need to worry about shipping anymore.

How do we deliver?

We ship worldwide by Thailand Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex Express, and SF Express. We use the most economical method without sacrificing speed. All parcels are shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving payment.

How much does it cost?

You can check the price of your shipment by adding products to your shopping cart and then going to the checkout page. There, you will see a calculated fee depending on the weight of your purchase. We charge you the actual cost of the shipping company; we don't add any markup on shipping. This cost does not include local tax and customs duty if any.

Do you provide a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes, we provide you with a tracking number so everything about the status of your shipment runs smoothly. We are a wholesaler. In this case, we do not offer a tracking number if we use a shipping mode other than express service.

Essential instructions for collecting parcels:

Please keep track of your tracking number once the package arrives in your country. If necessary, contact your local courier or post office for instructions on picking up your package, depending on your destination.

Please note that you, as the recipient, are responsible for receiving the package from the local courier on time, if applicable. Please comply with this requirement within the stipulated time to avoid the parcel being returned to the sender or destroyed.

Please note that Thai Trade Wholesale cannot be held responsible for unclaimed packages or when the recipient refuses to accept delivery.

How long does it take to deliver to my country?

International deliveries take around 7-28 days, depending on how far you are from Thailand. Within Asia, it takes around 7-12 days.

Do I need to pay any import duties or taxes for my shipment?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to the packages being shipped to you, and you may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before buying.

We will Not make any refund incase if you fail to show up at custom with required document so please make sure you have necessary document if any required before place order 

What are the import restrictions?

Important information before placing an order: Please check with your country's customs regarding restrictions on the import and use of certain ingredients before placing an order. Some countries may confiscate goods if they contain prohibited ingredients.

Each country has its own rules and limitations regarding the import of goods, especially when it comes to cosmetics, creams, and shampoos. These restrictions may apply to specific ingredients, such as chemical components or plant extracts, which may be prohibited or require special permission for import.

We are always ready to provide you with complete information about the product composition to help you verify it against the requirements of your country. However, the customs authorities always make the final decision, and we cannot guarantee that the product will be cleared without issues. I want to ship by something other than Thailand Post. Can I use some other service?

Yes, you can. We work with DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex Express, and SF Express. If you want us to ship using another provider, please let us know. We will then contact you to organize the shipment with the provider of your choice.
