Returns and Refunds
Health and personal care products, cosmetics, snacks, and dry goods cannot be returned.
The store reserves the right not to return or exchange goods except in the following cases:
1. The product does not match the customer's order or is sent incorrectly.
2. The product has expired.
Please check your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.
You must return the item within seven days of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, not used or altered. The store will be responsible for shipping the return. Once the store receives the returned item, it will ship the new item within the next 1-2 business days.
To initiate a return, you may contact us at contact@thaitradewholesale.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted. You can always contact us with any return issue at contact@thaitradewholesale.com.
Returns
We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the original method of payment. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and send your refund.
